Keeping track of employee leaves and critical document renewals (like Visa/Iqama) is a logistical nightmare when done manually. We engineered a centralized PWA that automates tracking, ensures compliance, and gives every employee instant, transparent access to their benefits.

Managing leaves and document expiries for a growing workforce was becoming unmanageable. Manual processes led to opaque leave balances, missed renewal deadlines for critical documents (Iqama/Visa), and a lack of accountability in the approval chain.

We built a 'Truth-First' platform. A role-based system where Admins have total oversight, and employees have total clarity. By implementing a PWA, we ensured that safety inspectors and field staff could access their portal from any device, anywhere, without needing a native app installation.
